Ultimate Theme Parks Pass

Yes, the Ultimate Theme Parks Pass is valid for two consecutive calendar days from the first use. You'll need to visit all three parks (LEGOLAND Dubai, Motiongate Dubai, and Bollywood Parks Dubai) within this 48-hour window. You can visit the parks in any order you prefer, and you can even visit multiple parks on the same day. The pass activates on your first entry to any of the three parks, and the day count begins from that point. We recommend planning your itinerary in advance to maximize your time at each park.

The fast-track access included in your Ultimate Theme Parks Pass provides two levels of priority:

1. Priority entry to each park, allowing you to bypass the regular ticket lines and enter through a dedicated entrance gate.
2. Priority access to three major attractions in each park (total of 9 attractions across all three parks). You'll receive a special fast-track wristband that allows you to enter these selected premium attractions through a shorter queue line.

The specific attractions offering fast-track access may vary seasonally, but typically include the most popular rides at each park. Your pass details (sent via email after booking) will list the current fast-track attractions. Please note that even with fast-track access, you may still experience some waiting time during peak periods, though significantly less than standard queue times.

Your Ultimate Theme Parks Pass includes meal vouchers for each park (one set per person). Each set consists of:

• One lunch voucher valued at AED 75 (approximately $20 USD)
• One snack voucher valued at AED 25 (approximately $7 USD)

These vouchers can be used at most food outlets within the respective parks, but not at specialty dining venues or for alcoholic beverages. If your meal exceeds the voucher value, you can pay the difference. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. You'll receive physical vouchers when you collect your pass at the first park you visit. For dietary restrictions or preferences (vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, etc.), most park restaurants offer suitable options, but you may want to check with guest services upon arrival.

The standard Ultimate Theme Parks Pass includes access to LEGOLAND Dubai (the theme park) but does not include LEGOLAND Water Park, which is a separate attraction adjacent to LEGOLAND Dubai. However, we offer an upgraded "Ultimate Theme Parks Pass Plus" option that includes access to LEGOLAND Water Park as well. This upgrade costs an additional $35 per person and can be selected during the checkout process.

If you initially purchase the standard pass but later decide you want to visit the Water Park, you can upgrade at the LEGOLAND entrance for a supplemental fee, subject to availability. If you plan to visit the Water Park, remember to bring swimwear, towels, and sun protection.

Yes, many attractions across all three parks have minimum height and/or age requirements for safety reasons:

• LEGOLAND Dubai is primarily designed for children aged 2-12, but many rides have minimum height requirements ranging from 90cm to 120cm (35" to 47"). Some attractions require children under certain heights to be accompanied by an adult.
• Motiongate Dubai has a mix of family-friendly and thrill rides. The more intense attractions typically have minimum height requirements of 110cm to 130cm (43" to 51").
• Bollywood Parks Dubai has fewer height restrictions as it focuses more on shows and immersive experiences, but some interactive attractions may have minimum height requirements of 100cm to 120cm (39" to 47").

Height measuring stations are available at park entrances and individual attractions. For safety reasons, these restrictions are strictly enforced.
