• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time: Full refund (excluding service fees)

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: No refund

3.4 Cancellations by Us

If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time ("No-Show"), you will not be entitled to a refund unless otherwise specified in the specific Service terms.
